Carnival Charlotte is the celebration of a vibrant community themed around Rio de Janeiro Carnival and similar festivities taking place in many Latin American countries Adding to the international spirit of our city, Carnival Charlotte will showcase a colorful display of flags of the 32 countries participating in the World Cup Join us at the beat of samba and warm your hearts to celebrate the diversity of our city and the advancement of education for our youth! All funds raised at the event will benefit the next generation of Latino leaders
